Electronic Pin (e-Pin)

Setaragan Mutahed is exclusive distributor of e-Pin project in Afghanistan. Etisalat E-Pin is a secure code that is generated using a specific software developed by Etisalat technology team to print a voucher with an equivalent function of Scratch card to recharge the customers. Setaragan Mutahed has been invested on this project and provides the devices “POS Terminals” facility to enhance and improve the project activity all over the country. Setaragan Mutahed has been started the operation effective 1st October 2018 and aimed to distribute its terminals all over the country.

 E-pin is one of the best payment method or say a ticket among the users for an easy payment option, the code is generated by the admin and it is provided for the users as per request, Each E-pin is an exclusive code which is arbitrarily produced by MML Software and it is difficult to guess an E-pin. The denomination is limited from 5 to 10,000 AFN but it has the option to enter any amount between 5 to 10,000 AFN as per the customer demand. Etisalat Afghanistan has been allocated a dedicated server for Pin request and subscribe different code “610” to recharge the customers. Setaragan Mutahed POS terminals contain all the features of Android and functions similar to a smart phone. Every Etisalat agent possess a terminal will be able to have the benefit of following services:
