Etisalat E-Pin is a secure code that is generated using a specific software developed by Etisalat technology team to print a voucher with an equivalent function of Scratch card to recharge the customers. Setaragan Mutahed has been invested on this project and provides the devices “POS Terminals” facility to enhance and improve the project activity all over the country. Setaragan Mutahed has been started the operation effective 1st October 2018 and aimed to distribute its terminals all over the country.

 E-pin is one of the best payment method or say a ticket among the users for an easy payment option, the code is generated by the admin and it is provided for the users as per request, Each E-pin is an exclusive code which is arbitrarily produced by MML Software and it is difficult to guess an E-pin. The denomination is limited from 5 to 10,000 AFN but it has the option to enter any amount between 5 to 10,000 AFN as per the customer demand. Etisalat Afghanistan has been allocated a dedicated server for Pin request and subscribe different code “610” to recharge the customers. Setaragan Mutahed POS terminals contain all the features of Android and functions similar to a smart phone. Every Etisalat agent possess a terminal will be able to have the benefit of following services:

Plywood import from Pakistan via Afghanistan to Tajikistan

Plywood is a composite material manufactured from thin layers, or "plies", of wood veneer that are glued together with adjacent layers, having their wood grain rotated up to 90° to one another. Plywood usage has extremely increased its significant in different sector.

Being a leader in distributing Telecom products and Services Setaragan Mutahed introduced an innovative sales distribution idea of a dedicated, easy-to-access Kiosks channel to the telecom industry. The idea not only provided easy access to customers to telecom products boosted the sales of telecom products, and has nevertheless created hundreds of new job opportunities for youths across the country. 

Easy accessible anywhere with diverse products Setaragan Mutahed launched the project in 2020 with Etisalat Afghanistan to distribute the Etisalat product through a new channel, by installing more than 100 KIOSKs across the country

In the middle of 2020, Setaragan Mutahed further expanded the project by signing a contract with Salaam Telecom as an exclusive contractor in the country to distribute SIM and scratch cards through this channel.

Setaragan Mutahed has started its distribution journey with Mobile Network Operators in Afghanistan primarily as a Sims distributor. largely contributed not only to making the Sim Cards of mobile network operators available for customers across the country but has built infrastructure for quality sales and supporting the customers in Sims registration and on-time Sims activation.

Furthermore, being one of the most renowned distributors, Setaragan Mutahed ensured the customer's accessibility to the Scratch Cards of the mobile operators and enabled customers even at the remotest point in the country

Managing a wide distribution channel in a country with a lack of proper infrastructure such as roads, transportation facilities, accessibility to banks for transferring physical cash, and ensuring un pause access of customers to the MNOs products, most importantly to the Scratch Cards which is one of the easy liquidating commodities accompanied the biggest challenge and threat due to the lack of security.
